Saved By The Bell star Dustin Diamond is back in jail, accused of violating the terms of his parole. The actor, best known for playing geeky Screech in the long-running US comedy series, was arrested on Wednesday. The 39-year-old had only recently been freed after serving three months of a four-month sentence for disorderly conduct and carrying a concealed weapon. He was accused of pulling a knife on a man at a bar on Christmas Day 2014.

Officials from the Ozaukee County Jail confirmed he was returned to prison but no details were given as to why. Diamond, who was freed last month, had described his time inside as daunting and scary. He also claimed he pulled out his pocket knife and nicked the arm of another man who pulled his fiancee Amanda Schutz’s hair. 'It was a Band-Aid, the most expensive Band-Aid I’ve ever bought,’ Diamond said.
