Formula 1 - Michael Schumacher’s wife ‘sells off £25m jet and holiday home’

The Formula One legend was left with devastating brain injuries following his ski accident in Meribel in December 2013 with recent reports confirming that there has been little progress in his recovery. Now, reluctantly, Corinna has reportedly sold his private jet for £25m, conceding that he would never be able to fly it again. Corinna, who now looks after his half-a-billion pound wealth, also sold off their holiday home in Norway earlier this year after coming to terms with the fact that he will likely never be able to vacation there again, according to German magazine Bunte.

When it became clear that the old Schumi perhaps never would return, Corinna had to accept her new life. She had to act.
