Kesha accuses pop producer of sexual abuse in duelling lawsuits

Kesha dropped a bombshell on Tuesday, suing pop music super-producer Dr. Luke for sexual, physical, verbal and emotional abuse. In the lawsuit filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, Kesha (real name Kesha Sebert) accuses Dr. Luke (real name Lukasz Sebastian Gottwald) of abusing her over the course of 10 years. Kesha was signed to Dr. Luke’s Kemosabe Entertainment label and Prescription Songs music publishing company in 2005 when she was just 18 years old.

Dr. Luke abused Ms. Sebert in order to destroy her self-confidence, self-image, and self-worth so that he could maintain complete control over her life and career.

Kesha’s lawsuit to her producer

Dr. Luke and his lawyer rejected Kesha’s accusations in a suit filed just hours later, saying the singer and her mother are trying to extort him into releasing her from an exclusive recording contract. The lawsuit accuses Kesha and her mother of orchestrating a campaign to publish “false and shocking accusations” against Dr. Luke to extort him into letting the singer out of her contract.

Kesha’s lawsuit is nothing more than a continuation of her bad and offensive acts.
