Man stabbed to death following car crash in Melbourne, Australia

A man has been stabbed to death following a car crash in Melbourne, Australia. Homicide detectives were sent to the Widford St and Daley St intersection. A large exclusion zone was established around the area. Emergency services were called to the location around 12.30pm Wednesday. They received two calls, first for a person with stab wounds to their upper body and then a secondary alert for a car crash in the same area. Paramedics were unable to revive a man, believed to be in his 30s, at the scene near a crumpled silver hatchback. It is understood only one victim was found at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
