Second woman’s body found in building where Paris attacks ringleader died

The body of another woman has been found an apartment raided by police searching for Paris attacks suspects. It is the third body found at the building after Wednesday’s siege in which suspected ringleader, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, was killed. The announcement came after revelations that Abaaoud, was caught on camera at a Metro train station in the capital on the night of the carnage. The Belgian was seen on footage placing him near to the Seat car found there that was used by the jihadists who attacked bars and restaurants, killing 129 a week ago. His cousin, Hasna Aitboulahcen, also blew herself up as police closed in on the apartment building in Saint-Denis on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, witnesses have told how Abaaoud was drinking beer and smoking cannabis after the massacres. Estate agent Amel Alla said she was convinced she saw him outside the flats during the weekend after the attacks. She told Sky News: “I saw him in Muslim dress, down at the building with all these guys, perhaps eight or 10 of them. They were there like smoking joints and drinking beers - they are often in the street so I know them, I know them.” Aitboulahcen, thought to be the first female suicide bomber in the West, has also been described as a party-loving drinker who appeared to show no interest in religion.
