A body found in America on Sunday is that of a three-week-old baby who was snatched from a home after a shooting, police have confirmed. The body was found in a garbage bin in San Diego. The identification of Eliza Delacruz came after detectives from Long Beach, where the infant had disappeared, travelled to San Diego County to help investigate the remains.
