We’re at risk of chemical or biological weapons attack, says French prime minister

France’s prime minister has warned the country was at risk of a chemical weapons attack. Manuel Valls was speaking as he presented a bill to extend the state of emergency declared after last Friday’s attacks to three months. “We must not rule anything out,” Mr Valls said. “There is also the risk from chemical or biological weapons." The state of emergency will be in place for three months from November 26 after the extension was approved.

Terrorism hit France, not because of what it is doing in Iraq and Syria … but for what it is.

Mr Valls also told MP the bill would encourage the closing of mosques if they became too radical. He also called on France’s European Union partners to urgently adopt measures to share airline passenger information. "More than ever, it’s time for Europe to adopt the text… to guarantee the traceability of movements, including within the union. It’s a condition of our collective security,” he said.

This bill is the answer for the right of a free country facing chaos.
