DiCaprio, De Niro and Scorsese star in fake $70M film for casino

Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio are following up “The Wolf of Wall Street” with an even more extravagant production. The Oscar winner and his new millennium muse teamed up with old Scorsese partner Robert De Niro and wild card Brad Pitt to make a commercial for a movie-themed casino and resort in Macau along with another resort in Manila. The casino owners spared no expense in bringing aboard big names to lend Hollywood glamour to the gambling Xanadu.

Are we finally getting to work on a project together? Is that what’s going on?

Leonardo DiCaprio, in The Audition

The casino reportedly spent a whopping $70 million for the Scorsese-directed production, according to the New York Post. The full commercial, entitled “The Audition” is expected to launch later this year. In two preview clips that have been released, Scorsese has DiCaprio and De Niro vying for the same role, while we get a quick glimpse of Pitt on a giant outdoor screen.
