Lamar Odom ‘fighting for life’ after being found unconscious at Nevada brothel

Dennis Hof tells Us Weekly that Lamar Odom came in Saturday, Oct. 10, “wanting to get away and have some fun.” According to the Love Ranch South owner, Odom was found unconscious by two girls, Ryder Cherry and Madison, around 3 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon after they left him to sleep at 6 a.m. After alerting staff that Odom was unconscious, they called 911, who instructed staff to “roll him on his left side.” Hof explains that “a bunch of ugly stuff came out of him.”

He said he was just trying to get away from people so he could have some time to himself without the pressures of being who he is.

Hof tells Us that there were no signs of drugs but that “he was taking herbal viagra.” The Nye County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release that a call from Hof’s ranch came into the dispatch center at 3:15 p.m., requesting an ambulance for an unresponsive male. An ambulance arrived at 3:34 p.m., and responders stabilized Odom and took him to Desert View Hospital. The Sheriff’s Office noted that arrangements were made to transfer the NBA player to another hospital via helicpoter, but that the plan was scrapped because that mode of transport was not possible “due to his stature.” Instead, he was immediately transported by ambulance to Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas for further treatment.
