If you are fed up with rubbish jokes, coloured hats, plastic combs and thimbles falling out of your Christmas crackers, read on. The world’s most expensive crackers have gone on sale, containing luxuries such as a Cartier diamond necklace, a yacht and round the world trips - and not a cheesy gag in sight. The crackers are being sold by luxury website VeryFirstTo and if you get the fat end you could win a white gold “Diamants Legers” Cartier necklace set with 20 diamonds, a Breguet Tradition 18-carat rose gold watch, an Aston Martin, and a Sunseeker yacht. The set of six extravagant crackers that cost $6.3m are created by Simply Crackers and can be tailored to suit the table décor of the buyer.
There is a present for every luxury connoisseur from diamonds to cars, horology, and one of the finest writing instruments, not to mention a once in a lifetime trip like no other.
